I am a National level weight lifter and injured during practice in the year 2018. Doctors told me about operation and I take medicine 18 days but after some relief it again paining. My friend told me about Yoga peace. I go there and surprised that only 10 to 12 days I got result. Now I don’t take medicine and again preparing for next competition. I am very thankful to Guruji Dhakaram Ji who give me right direction.

Now after 9 years there is no pain and I am fully fit after treatment given by Yoga peace I am participated in World Master Weightlifting Championship held at Barcelona Spain and clinch Gold Medal 🏅 and after it many medals clinch in not only in All India Postal Weightlifting Tournament and also in All India Civil Services Weightlifting Tournament. After it I am recommended Yoga peace and many person got right treatment for their problems like frozen Shoulder, Slip disc etc.

I came to know about Guru ji online through google. I have completed 1800 hours teacher training course (general yoga, slimming yoga, medical yoga) in different parts from YogaPeace Sansthan. On 1st August 2018, I joined YogaPeace Sansthan, guided by my niece Bhavana Maru Ji (Administrative Head of the institute), who recognized my deep interest in yoga and spirituality. Prior to this, I worked for 8 years in the Heritage Tourism & Hotel Industry, assisting foreign guests as a Front Desk Manager. Yet, my childhood fascination with yoga and spiritual growth led me to seek a higher purpose.

After suffering from a back pain for over 4 months, I visited several doctors, physiotherapist, chiropractic etc, but there was no relief. All of them has suggested me for the surgery. At that time I felt mentally and physically weak. Then yoga was the last option in my mind before going for the surgery. Transformations Fueled by Yoga: A Personal Reflection

Transitioning from IT to Yoga has had a transformative impact on my life. Initially, I was drawn to the idea of a successful career in IT, but I came to realize the detrimental impact it had on my physical, mental, and emotional health. The constant demands, tight deadlines, and unbalanced lifestyle left me feeling overwhelmed and excessively stressed. This realization prompted me to search for balance. Yoga soon became the guiding light, offering a comprehensive approach to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It equipped me with the tools and philosophies necessary to navigate the complexities of my professional life and find harmony.

Commencing my yoga journey at a local class, the asanas swiftly became the remedy for my physical discomforts and body aches, infusing vitality into my being. Simultaneously, pranayama exercises enhanced my lung capacity, gradually dissolving layers of accumulated distress and anxiety. What began as a quest for balance fransformed into a pivotal decision to bid farewell to my IT career and immerse myself as a certified yoga instructor. This choice didn’t emerge hastily; it sprang from an inner calling to share yoga’s transformative prowess, a force that had profoundly impacted my life. Today, as a certified instructor, I find purpose and joy in imparting yoga’s wisdom and benefits to others. Yoga hasn’t just redirected my life’s path and choices; it has become a conduit guiding me toward a purposeful, content, and joyous existence.

I owe all my accomplishments to my guru, Yogacharya Dhakaram. He’s not just a
