Yogapeace offers traditional yoga classes that combine poses, meditation, and mindfulness to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Classes begin with gentle stretching and breathing, followed by yoga poses held for a few breaths each. After the poses, there is a period of meditation or mindfulness practice, followed by a period of relaxation.
