I recently had the pleasure of taking a yoga class with Yoga Peace Sansthan, and it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment I walked into the classes, I felt welcomed and at ease. The calm and soothing voice of Guru ji (Yogacharya Dhakaram) & his team immediately put me at ease, and I appreciated the way they took the time to explain each pose and offer modifications for those who needed them.
Throughout the class, Guru ji (Yogacharya Dhakaram) & his team kept a perfect balance between challenging us to push ourselves to our limits, while also reminding us to listen to our bodies and take breaks when necessary. I loved the way they incorporated breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques into the class, making it a truly holistic experience.

The Indian culture how I lived and the saddhu scene was sobering. At least I traveled alone, and God took me to yoga peace. Here I stay for the last 1 1/2month of my Indian journey, and it is like the best comes every time in the end. Here I met a community with a true heart, true spirit, on a yogic lifestyle. Here I feel more than just come to a yoga course; the stuff gives me the feeling of a family. I found since more than 6 years practice my yoga practice on a new level. For the first many years, I am free of psoas pain. The course, the therapy, the staff, the teachers are amazing. Here is a place for healing for the body and mind.

The way of living life happily, stress-free and healthy was taught in the camp. I was deeply impressed and decided to go to Jaipur to join YogaPeace Sansthan for further learning for self-care. I joined the Sansthan, Jaipur, and attended 10 sessions in 5 days. I felt much relieved in cervical and back pain. Some yoga asanas were stress-free also, which I enjoyed the most. My morning session started from 6 a.m. for general yoga followed by yoga therapies till 9.30 a.m. Then, in the evening, my session started from 5 pm. to 8 pm. All the yoga teachers of YogaPeace Sansthan are experts and treat the patients attentively with personal care. The ambiance of the campus is so peaceful and hygienic. The most important thing I have seen here that yoga therapy is given with the help of various props, which is the uniqueness of this Sansthan.
