In this program, sukshm kriyas and asana are all planned carefully and scientifically in proper series. In this session, more emphasis is given on doing pranayams and assets in slow motion so that a student can self-feel it.
This session has been planned so that all the people, whether young or old, fat or lean, healthy or unhealthy, can benefit from this age-old and time-tested method of keeping the body healthy. Every student is personally attended to so that all the assets are done properly, and the body should also remain stress-free.
Our center provides props and ropes for unhealthy people to do all the assets easily and effectively despite their weaknesses. Different types of assets are planned for different weeks in such a way that it makes the body healthy and flexible and improves the working capacity of a person.
