The sukshm kriyas and asanas in this program are all meticulously and scientifically arranged in the right order. This class places greater attention on pranayams and assets being performed slowly so that students may self-feel it.
This lesson has been designed so that everyone, young or old, fat or lean, healthy or unwell, can take advantage of this tried-and-true technique for maintaining bodily health. Every student receives individualized attention to ensure that all tasks are completed correctly and that the body is kept stress-free.
Our center provides props and ropes for unhealthy people to do all the assets easily and effectively despite their weaknesses. Different types of assets are planned for different weeks in such a way that it makes the body healthy and flexible and improves the working capacity of a person.
