Mrs. Sunita Gupta started practicing yoga in 2008 under supervision of yogacharya Dhakaram Sapkota.
After being personally transformed through yoga and experiencing the benefits of good health, her belief in yoga got strengthened and she developed a curiosity to learn more. She followed it with a Teachers Training Programme from Yoga Peace.
Due to her deep interest in helping people loose weight and leading a healthy life free from those extra “kilos” she also mastered the fitness programme developed by Yogacharya Dhakaram ji and started training others at the centre. Since 2009 she has helped a lot of people to get back into shape and keep themselves fit with this programme.
