Feedback: My wonderful experience to stay fit during the nine months of pregnancy was not possible without Yogapeace. The chief aim of pregnancy yoga is to bring our child into this world in the smoothest way possible and assure us and our child's good health.
Yoga helped me in sleeping problem it was very much helpful in a headache ,sickness and lower back pain during pregnancy it is benefited for healthy mental and physical growth during pregnancy it reduces complications painful labour and increases the weight of the baby it involves stretching of certain parts of the body and moving our body to achieve or train positions it increases the strength and flexibility of our muscles which is very important during childbirth it also improves balance and blood circulation.
