Ailment: Pain below the Uterus during pregnancy
Feedback: During the 8th month of pregnancy I started Yoga as I had pain below the uterus. Dr. said it would stay till delivery. After joining few days of Yoga, one day I was made to do sheershaasana and sarvangasan. The pain vanished like a miracle within one day. I also had knee pain in my right leg after my first miscarriage. It also reduced by 70% within one day after doing two asans.
