Few Yoga Poses for Kids

  • Crescent Moon Pose:  This pose is about extending your arms so you can stretch your fingertips to both sides which will cause the balance of the weight of your torso and will support the balance.
  • Tree Pose: Press one foot on the mat or floor and lift the opposite heel, this pose can be completed by turning out the knee with the heel lifted and by bringing the heel to the inner ankle.
  • Mountain Pose: One’s feet has to be planted to the ground with head and shoulders relaxed and both legs should apply equal weight to the ground.
  • Rag Doll Pose: In this, one has to bend forward by bending the knees and thighs and the head and arms should remain in free release.
  • Butterfly Pose: One should use elbows to push knees or thighs and with the feet attached together helps open up the hips.
